Business Owner & School Principal

Michelle Clarke

Michelle Clarke is the passionate and dedicated principal of Dance School of Dance. With over 40 years of experience in dance education, she has a strong commitment to nurturing young people and fostering a love for dance. Michelle believes creating a supportive and inspiring environment where students can and express themselves creatively. Under her leadership, DSOD has become a vibrant community that celebrates the art of dance.

Michelle graduated from Coventry University in 2002 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance & Professional Practice. Gaining her degree catapulted Michelle in to the professional world of dance. Choreographing for award shows, music artists and even supplying the choreography for a dance film all about the transition that children face from primary school to secondary school. Michelle is a regular in the school environment supplying choreography for workshops, culture days and after school clubs just to name a few.

Admin & Finance Officer

Glenroy Clarke

Glenroy serves as the Admin and Finance Officer at Destiny School of Dance, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. With a strong background in finance and administration, Glenroy is dedicated to maintaining the financial health of the school while supporting both staff and students. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail help create a positive and organized environment for all. Outside of DSOD, Glenroy is the finance officer at Excel Church. Glenroy also has his own DJ Business and often creates mixes for DSOD performances and events, further enriching his connection to our dance community. Glenroy understands how the music serves as a powerful tool to draw the audience in to each performance and often succeeds at getting the crowds on their feet or clapping to the beat.
